This summer Partnership For A Safer Cleveland is
collaborating with Neighborhood Leadership Institute to implement the MyCom
MyPATH program. We are asking our community partners to recommend and
encourage young people (9th – 12th grade) to apply.
We know there are many young people seeking summer employment and
not enough jobs to go around – this is a great alternative.
Youth will receive a small stipend and loads of opportunities!
MyPATH will provide introduce young people to the vision of MyCom
and provide them with an opportunity to put their leadership skills into action
through a community service learning project. Key components

Iraqi Young Leaders Exchange Program is an exchange program for accomplished students from Iraq who are proficient in English and dedicated to community involvement. The theme of the program is social entrepreneurship, as well as cultural exchange and leadership development. Students attend program activities organized by the Cleveland Council on World Affairs during the day, and spend evenings with their host families. Host families provide: a living space for the student, breakfast and dinner during the stay, and a welcoming and open environment for the student. The program provides orientation for the host family and programming for the student, and travel to/from daily activities for the student.
