Reducing Juvenile Crime: What Works and What Doesn't!
America has both the knowledge and the
money we need to substantially reduce
adolescent crime and youth violence. We have the
know-how to reduce the number of young people
likely to join the next generation of adult criminals.
Better yet, we can likely achieve this goal at a cost
no greater (and perhaps considerably less) than
what we will spend ifcurrent juvenile justice policies
and programs remain in place.
